One of the most rewarding moments in dice making is pulling a full, flawless set of dice from their molds. Unfortunately, creating handcrafted dice comes with an unavoidable risk of sets not always turning out perfectly. Every now and then, a piece or two will fail, leaving behind a beautiful but incomplete set. In order to make sure these dice find a good home, we’ve decided to mix them with other incomplete sets to create a Lost Dice set.

Lost dice sets are a set of 7 dice (D4, D6, D8, D10, D12, D20, D%) from various handcrafted sets. Each lost dice set will include at least one dice from our artisanal sets. The dice are perfectly playable, but have only had the rough edges removed and may or may not be inked.

Due to the random nature of these sets, they are not eligible for refunds. If you’re looking for a certain design or uniformity, please consider that these may not be a good fit for you. Our store has a wide selection of complete, highly polished, sets that you can select from.

Does Forbidden Fae Dice ship internationally?
Forbidden Fae Dice currently ships to the US and Canada. We are working on expanding to more markets in 2024 and will make an announcement when available.

Does shipping include VAT or customs fees?
No, shipping is the cost for us to mail the item to you from our place of operations. You may be charged VAT or customs fees when you receive your order depending on the laws and regulations of your specific home country. You may find such information at the postal sites and resources for your specific country. The fees you may be charged are mandated by your country and charged by your country.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders will ship in approximately 2-7 business days.

How long will it take to receive my item?
Shipping times will vary across the United States and Canada. Please expect delays with holidays and other restrictions.

Return/Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy

You will have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your item is eligible for a return, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

We will not accept any items that are sent back before we have had a chance to review and authorize the return request. To start the return process, please contact us at


We do not accept exchanges. If you decide on a different item after purchase, please follow the return guideline for a refund. You can then make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that our stocks are very limited with no guarantee of restocking. Take your time to decide if a set is right for you before making a purchase to ensure a smooth experience.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item. 
Please inspect your order promptly and carefully. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review your request and work with you to ensure satisfaction. Providing photo evidence will help expedite the process.
If the package is damaged upon delivery, please take photos of the package before opening in case a claim needs to be made. Then, open the package and inspect each dice for damage. If there is any damage to the product, please take photos and contact us.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), gift card, and mixed box sets. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, discounted items, mixed boxes, or gift cards.


A refund will only be issued after we receive, inspect, and approve the return. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Care Instructions

To take care of your dice:

- Only roll on soft, padded surfaces

- Store in a dice bag when not being used

- Do not store alongside metal dice

- Keep out of direct sunlight

- Do not use harsh cleaning solutions

- Avoid scrubbing the surface of the dice

- Do not soak the dice in water

- Wipe the surface clean with a microfiber cloth
